Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sig-Nexus website, platform, services, and content. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. When registering, provide accurate information and protect your account credentials.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit harmful or abusive content, impersonate others, upload malware, disrupt the Service, scrape without permission, or provide medical advice without appropriate qualifications and licensing.

Users must maintain professional standards, respect confidentiality and privacy regulations, provide accurate credentials, and engage respectfully.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Sig-Nexus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and original content remain the exclusive property of Sig-Nexus and its licensors. The Sig-Nexus name and related marks may not be used without prior written permission.

Account Terms and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, legal requests, or service changes. Contact support@signexus.com to close your account.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. Content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

SIG-Nexus Referral Programme

Participants may earn rewards by referring healthcare professionals and students with a unique referral code. Qualifying referrals require registration with the code, paid membership, and 90 consecutive days of good standing.

Referral payments: £5.00 per qualifying doctor or nurse; £2.50 per qualifying student. Credits: Doctor/Nurse = 1; Student = 0.5. Minimum payout threshold: 50 credits. Milestone bonuses: 100 credits = £250; 250 = £500; 500 = £1,000.
